$199 labor for up to 50 linear feet on a qualifying first-story building in Central San Diego with little to no obstructions. Lights are not included. Supply complete, working lights or purchase AWC lights separately in secure checkout; their materials price is added to labor.
Continue to the secure checkout to answer the eligibility questions, choose your items and review payment. You can prepay without knowing the exact footage. AWC will measure onsite and confirm the final scope and price. Extra footage, upper-story work, difficult access or added materials require an approved written price before that additional work starts. You can also text ground-level photos for review.
Optional $99 removal must be prepaid with installation and takes place January 5–15, 2027. Each optional light or timer item is one unit. For greater quantities or a different layout, request a quote.

Know what extra work costs.
The $199 promotion covers the eligible first 50 feet of installation labor. Extra installation-only footage is $6/LF standard single story, $9/LF second story or $12–$15/LF difficult access, quoted. Those are labor-only rates, whether you supply working lights or buy lights from AWC separately. AWC catalog lights, accessories and removal are added at their listed prices; no lights are included in the $199 promotion or the $6/$9 additional-footage labor rates. The categories are alternatives, not stacked.
The separate full-service package starts at $8/LF single story or $11/LF two story, with difficult work $14–$16/LF and a $1,000 minimum. It includes the specified C9 LEDs, mounting, basic power, 1 basic timer, 1 qualifying seasonal service visit and scheduled removal. Storage requires express agreement. Full-service prices replace the labor-only method and do not apply the minimum to an eligible promotion; prepayments credit an approved upgrade without double charging.
